  • Core Features

  • After printing, compounding, and curing, the compound bag finally enters the bag-making stage. At the same time, some problems caused by the design are exposed: cutting to patterns or text, or poor convergence, color cutting deviation, etc.
  • The outer layer is made of high-strength polyester film, the middle layer is made of light-shielding and airtight aluminum foil, and the inner layer is made of polypropylene film.
  • For the composite film with the same structure and thickness, the higher the degree of peeling between composite layers, the greater the heat seal strength; for products with lower composite layer peel strength, the weld failure is often caused by the first peeling of the composite film, so that the inner layer is heat sealed. The layer independently bears the breaking tension, and the surface material loses its reinforcement, which greatly reduces the heat seal strength of the weld. When the inner heat seal layer is PE or OPP, the heat seal strength is much better than BOPP of the same thickness.
